- * Job description:
- Formulating overall strategy and operation plan, meeting the strategic goals from the Corporation
- Presiding over building the management model, organizational structure, human resources and policies and procedures of the Company according to its competence.
- Approving detailed implementation plans for each functional department, in accordance with the overall goals of the Corporation
- Organizing budgeting and budget control appropriately and effectively
- Preserve and develop capital sources and financial projects of the Company in accordance with the annual production and business plan and investment plan approved by the Board of Directors.
- Directing project development activities, ensuring the number of projects successfully implemented & expanding cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign partners.

- Ensuring quality, professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction for real estate products of the Company.
- * Requirement:
- University degree or above, major in Finance, Business, Economics, Law.
- Experience: At least 05 years of experience in an equivalent position in construction investment.
- Experience and strategic thinking in the management, organization and administration of Business activities, Project Development, Services
- Being able to initiate and seize business investment opportunities, to realize investment opportunities.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, innovation.
- Fluent English communication.
