Windows cung cấp một loạt công cụ trên Control Panel cho phép người dùng có thể dễ dàng tùy chỉnh hầu hết các cài đặt trên hệ thống. Tuy nhiên đôi khi việc truy cập Control Panel khá mất thời gian. Trong những trường hợp này bạn có thể sử dụng một cách khác truy cập nhanh hơn là thông qua lệnh Run.
